My normal login forms wont work. They are input disabled.
And on other pages too…
Also the theme that we download from Themeforest is 1.3 while it says there is version 2.2.2 available.
Also the woocommerce files in theme are way too old. Can you tell me how to rectify these and how to get latest copy of the theme.#6696 May 18, 2017 at 11:35 pm
I wrote a message to the support team yesterday. Apparently I can neither select any text/image on my website nor input text in any form field.
Reading your message I had the suspect that we have the same problem. I took a look at your website and I cannot select any text in yours either.
Can you try to select text on your website? Have you tried to input text in your form fields from a mobile device? Because my forms work on my phone (Android).
I’ll follow this topic should you get any answer, since I might solve my issues too.#6697 May 19, 2017 at 10:33 ampatricialiraartMember
Maybe we are 3
My wp-admin login disappeared, I can not log in
appears my page of “site under construction” activated
But in wp-admin? This had not happened before …..
I thought it was because of plug-in, private pages that was redirecting to the wrong page, but seeing your comments might be a theme error.
support could tell me how could log in without going through the wp-admin page
Or remove the “site under construction” page?
I would be very grateful for the help#6698 May 20, 2017 at 6:11 pm
Hi Patricia, I am not sure about your current issues, but your previous posts is similar to my problem. The text boxes in forms are not working… They work over mobile. Also found out that If you press Tab that is the one way to get into the text boxes. I just subscribed to your mail chip, using form on your site. Here are the screen shots… so the Issue zeroes down to the Right click or left click handling by the text boxes… same is the issue with right click / left click handling. I think the theme has fiddled with right click left click thing somewhere. I remembering disabling left click once during the installation, so that may have triggered the issue.#6699 May 21, 2017 at 12:14 am
I believe that Patricia’s problem is different since she cannot login Wordpress, while we cannot select text or enter data in the forms. A friend of mine told me that probably it’s due to an overlapping issue, something invisible which is above the text impedes to select it, while resizing to mobile the overlapping disappears.
I’m waiting for some advice from the developers.

Can you please pass the wp-admin details and login of your site, so that we look into this.#6701 May 22, 2017 at 6:09 am

After no response from the assistance and trying by myself, I found out a jquery problem. The jquery files are simply too old. If you download the plugin called jQuery updater from wordpress you should be able to solve your problem. Now I can select text and input data in form fields.
